CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Dear Customer
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is causing confusion and uncertainly across the globe. Businesses are attempting to deal with the outbreak by following World Health Organization (WHO) guidance on how to protect ourselves while continuing to operate normally and service customers.
At Eden's Secret, I want to assure you that to date we are operating as normal and we are not experiencing any delays in COURIER shipments from our UK soap kitchen to UK and worldwide customers, However any small orders (under 700g), there may be a slight delay in shipping I normally ship via Royal Mail (The Post Office) and will not be shipped until my next visit to town, as my nearest Post Office is 10 miles away, meaning a 20 mile round trip. They will be shipped as soon as possible.

As the situation is fast moving, I will be monitoring the situation regularly and updating customers of any negative changes should they occur and have an impact on production.
